Processing Time:

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

 

• Canada Warehouse:
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-9 days (additional fees apply)
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

• China Warehouse:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-25 days

 

International Shipping: Available with applicable customs fees (customer responsibility).

Tracking Information: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dakoyu purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Restocking Fee: Worn or damaged items may incur a 30% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Email us at support@dakoyu.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us (we recommend using a trackable method).

Note: Sale items, custom orders, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a solution.
