D.N.A. Outdoor™ strives to process and ship orders promptly. All terms apply to purchases made through www.dakoyu.com.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Canadian Warehouse:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–9 business days (additional fees may apply)
- Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

United States Shipping — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) All orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. A US Government Import Tariff Fee is automatically calculated and collected at checkout. This fee covers applicable customs duties and tariffs assessed by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), including tariffs imposed under Section 301 (19 U.S.C. § 2411) and Section 232 (19 U.S.C. § 1862). D.N.A. Outdoor™ collects this fee on your behalf — no additional charges will be assessed at the border upon delivery.
European Union Shipping — Taxes & VAT (Value Added Tax) Prices displayed on www.dakoyu.com are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated at checkout. D.N.A. Outdoor™ does not currently collect VAT on international orders. Customers in VAT-applicable jurisdictions (including the European Union and United Kingdom) are responsible for any VAT, import taxes, or duties assessed by their local tax authority upon delivery.
D.N.A. Inc. (DAKOYU North America Inc.) reserves the right to begin collecting VAT in applicable jurisdictions at any time, in compliance with local tax laws and registration thresholds. Customers will be notified of any such changes in collection at checkout prior to completing a purchase.
International Shipping (Excluding USA and EU) International orders outside the United States are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority upon delivery and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. D.N.A. Outdoor™ does not collect, retain, or reimburse these charges. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all import-related costs and compliance with their country's import regulations.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. D.N.A. Outdoor™ is not responsible for delays in tracking updates by the carrier.
Delivery Estimates & Lost in Transit Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside D.N.A. Outdoor™'s control. D.N.A. Outdoor™ shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from shipping delays.
For orders suspected lost in transit, a refund may be issued on the earlier of: (a) tracking is marked "lost in transit" or equivalent by the carrier; or (b) no confirmed delivery within 180 days of the shipment date.
Upon confirmed delivery, risk of loss and title transfer to the recipient. Any subsequent loss, theft, or damage must be reported to local authorities and pursued under applicable municipal law. D.N.A. Outdoor™ accepts no liability for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Sanctions & Restricted Destinations D.N.A. Outdoor™ complies with all applicable Canadian and international export control laws and sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order destined for a sanctioned country or region, or where fulfillment would violate applicable law.
