Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship orders quickly so you can enjoy your DAKOYU™ multi-tools and accessories as soon as possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Canadian Warehouse:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-9 days (additional fees may apply)
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Chinese Warehouse:
- Standard Shipping: 15-35 days (some countries may be significantly slower due to destination country's customs clearance process, local delivery courier logistics, etc.)
International Shipping: Available with applicable customs fees (customer responsibility).
Tracking Information: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues. For items that are suspected as lost in transit, a refund can be issued on the earlier date of: tracking status has been marked as 'lost in transit' or similar; or no confirmed delivery within 180 days of the package being in transit. Upon delivery, the package's due care is transferred to the recipient. Any loss, theft, or damage, etc. have to be reported to the local governing authorities and prosecuted in capacity allowed under municipal law/ regulations.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Repairs
We want you to be completely satisfied with your DAKOYU™ product. If you have any concern regarding the quality of the product or initiate a warranty claim, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If a product is damaged or not functioning as intended upon receipt. Contact us immediately for a solution, return claims are open for review within 30 days from the later date of: purchase, or receipt. Items must be un-used and in new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, etc.. Return/ refund/ exchange authorizations are granted at the sole discretion of DAKOYU™ North America Inc., all rights reserved.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an exchange or refund may be initiated. Refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Undeliverable or wrong provided address, worn, damaged or missing/ incomplete items may incur a 30% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
Warranty Claim: Contact customer support to acquire return instruction steps before sending any products back for examinations or repairs. Please do not send products back without prior approval as unaccounted returns may be lost without proper documentation.
Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs of sending products back for refund, exchange, or warranty claim.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@dakoyu.com with your order number along with reason for return, or issues you are experiencing with the product.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us (we recommend using an insured and trackable method).
Note: Sale items, custom orders, promotional or final-sale products are not be eligible for return or refund.
